Emre Arolat Architecture

Emre Arolat Architecture is an international architectural practice founded in May 2004 by Turkish architect Emre Arolat with partner Gonca Paşolar in Istanbul, Turkey. The studio grew out of Arolat’s early architectural work and expanded with offices in London and New York, making it one of the most recognised design firms from Turkey on the global stage. The practice works across a diverse range of scales and building types, including urban plans, transportation hubs, cultural buildings, places of worship, residential and commercial projects. Its design approach prioritises deep engagement with context, history and landscape, seeking architecture that responds to the unique social and environmental conditions of each site.
