Oxbow, an eight-storey office building designed by Don B. Situated along the Broadway corridor, adjacent to the historic Pearl Brewery, Oxbow contributes to the area’s ongoing transformation. The building’s design pays homage to South Texas materiality, incorporating elements that reflect the region’s architectural heritage. The façade features exposed concrete slab edges, square mullioned storefront openings, and large-format metal panels, creating a calming effect that resonates with the site’s industrial past.

The building is LEED Platinum-certified, incorporating a one-megawatt solar array, geothermal heating and cooling systems, and a rainwater and condensate collection system.
