3XN

3XN is a Danish architectural practice established in Aarhus in 1986 and now headquartered in Copenhagen with studios in Stockholm, London, New York and Sydney. The firm was founded by Kim Herforth Nielsen, Lars Frank Nielsen and Hans Peter Svendler Nielsen and quickly gained recognition for its thoughtful and expressive design work. 3XN has delivered a broad range of projects internationally, including cultural venues, educational facilities, corporate headquarters, mixed use towers and public buildings. Notable works include the Museum of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, Olympic House for the International Olympic Committee in Switzerland, Quay Quarter Tower in Sydney and The Blue Planet Denmark’s national aquarium.
