COGEMAD restored the remarkable ceiling frescoes dating back to 1885, preserving the property’s historical charm. The formal dining room, designed to accommodate twelve guests, is ideal for entertaining. The family room, spanning 147 square metres, is accessed via a Carrara marble staircase. The ‘floating’ staircase, a masterpiece of both design and engineering, is created by hand, reflecting a freestanding curve and crafted using the famous French limestone ‘Magny Le Louvre’.
For entertainment, the double-height nightclub with a DJ station and dancers’ balconies on the upper levels provides an exceptional venue for hosting guests. Adjacent to the nightclub is a 12-seat movie theatre, equipped with the latest technology—a 4K projector with 17 speakers, Dolby Atmos sound, DTS, and Auro 3D—ensuring an immersive cinematic experience.
