Behind the building’s historic façade lies a comfortable and prestigious interior equipped with the latest modern features. The residence boasts a master suite, multiple guest suites, and several reception rooms, each meticulously designed to offer both luxury and functionality. A custom-made artisanal kitchen serves as the heart of the home, reflecting the highest standards of craftsmanship. For leisure and entertainment, the mansion includes three entire floors dedicated to recreational activities, featuring a 16-metre indoor swimming pool—the only one of its kind in Paris—a movie theatre, a private nightclub, and an extensive wine cellar.

The interior design of Trésor Caché is the result of a unique collaboration between designers and artists, with the starting point being the house’s rich history. COGEMAD restored the remarkable ceiling frescoes dating back to 1885, preserving the property’s historical charm. Natural light permeates the space through the original glass roof, illuminating every floor and creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow across the furnishings and artworks that adorn the property.

The formal dining room, designed to accommodate twelve guests, is ideal for entertaining. Walls adorned with aged mirror panels complement aubergine-hued chandelier lampshades and matching chairs, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The ceiling, embellished with gold leaf, enhances the magnificent crystal chandelier, while behind the glass doors, the exquisite La Cornue kitchen awaits, ready to delight guests with its culinary offerings.

In the kitchen, avant-garde and one-of-a-kind works of art have been integrated, with the La Cornue cooker standing as a masterpiece in itself. Every detail of this kitchen is designed to combine excellence with refinement, featuring a carefully crafted palette of stone that complements the bold, fresh cabinets. This space serves as both a functional cooking area and a work of art, embodying the mansion’s commitment to luxury and design excellence.

The master apartment, occupying 92 square metres on the first floor and accessible directly by lift, comprises a boudoir inspired by the Turkish boudoir of Marie-Antoinette from the Château de Fontainebleau—ideal for relaxation—a bedroom with a tailor-made bed for enhanced comfort, an exquisite bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and showers in Carrara marble and golden mosaic, and a walk-in dressing room.

The family room, spanning 147 square metres, is accessed via a Carrara marble staircase. This warm and sophisticated space features a full-sized billiard table, cosy banquette seating, and a refined atmosphere, offering residents an opportunity to unwind, spend time with friends and family, or simply hone their playing skills, all within a laid-back, elegant, and beautifully appointed environment.

Descending the helical staircase, a glimpse of the 16-metre swimming pool is visible through a glazed wall. The pool area is complemented by a gym, hammam spa, and massage room, leading off from the pool lobby. The ‘floating’ staircase, a masterpiece of both design and engineering, is created by hand, reflecting a freestanding curve and crafted using the famous French limestone ‘Magny Le Louvre’.

For entertainment, the double-height nightclub with a DJ station and dancers’ balconies on the upper levels provides an exceptional venue for hosting guests. Adjacent to the nightclub is a 12-seat movie theatre, equipped with the latest technology—a 4K projector with 17 speakers, Dolby Atmos sound, DTS, and Auro 3D—ensuring an immersive cinematic experience. The wine cellar offers exquisite wine domains that make the experience unforgettable.

Throughout Trésor Caché, particular attention has been paid to fabrics, mouldings, bronzes, and individual details that distinguish the exceptional spaces. The use of different materials reflects a dedication to refinement and comfort. Decorated in various palettes, the property is furnished with bespoke pieces, antiques, objets d’art, and curated books, creating a harmonious and luxurious living environment.
