This design creates a spatial experience reminiscent of a three-nave basilica, directing the gaze skyward and fostering a sense of openness and tranquillity.
Externally, the Cap Cotet Health Center presents a modest and opaque façade, ensuring privacy for its occupants and shielding the interior from the surrounding street. This deliberate design choice responds to the facility’s need for confidentiality while maintaining a harmonious relationship with the residential scale of the area. The building’s entrance is marked by a welcoming porch that extends the street, featuring a long bench for visitors to rest and enjoy shaded fresh air.
